Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is listed for each property on the BOOK NOW button. If unsure of policy, please reach out to confirm prior to booking.

MAIN CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If cancellation is between 14 and 30 days before check-in, refund is 50%. Otherwise, no refund.

Exclusions: large single family homes & long term stays (30+ days). 90% refund issued only if able to book the property with another group, there is a 10% cancellation fee.
