Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, regardless of reason (including bad weather, illness, economic factors etc.), owner will retain rent collected to date of cancellation. Owner will refund up to all monies collected (minus 10% cancellation fee on total rent and credit card fees if applicable) only if able to lease the property to another tenant (which may require renting at a lower rate). We are not accepting cancellations due to coronavirus restrictions. If Hidden Valley goes in to another red phase, we will issue a credit for a future stay to be used within one year.
