Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is listed for each property on the BOOK NOW button. If unsure of policy, please reach out to confirm prior to booking.

SHORT TERM CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

LONG TERM CANCELLATION POLICY: For stays of 30 days or more, cancellations are non-refundable unless the property is rebooked for the remaining dates of the original reservation. Guests are responsible for the full rental amount through the end of the signed lease term.
